The importance of positive behavior arises with the child, but activism and emphasis of that value depend on parents. Starting at age 5, young ones come to realize that they feel better about positive thoughts, but they still find it hard to exploit them, even in negative situations, such as when they fall or get hurt.
In such cases the level of optimism and the hope of parents has an essential role in a child's ability to understand these powers.
The study was conducted by researchers at Davis University in California and was published in the scientific magazine Child Development. According to the authors of the study, this is confirmed by the parents ' role in helping their children learn how to exploit and use their positive thinking better, even when things are difficult.
