Chelsea has started talks with Naples on the transfer of Albania's National Star Elseid Hysey, which the English want to borrow as loans to the transitional January deadline, and then return to Italy at the end of the season.
It was not easy for Chelsea to reach the agreement with Naples to take coach Maurizio Sarri during this summer, and only a few days later do the midfielder Yorginho broadcast Express.

Londoners are reportedly negotiating the price cut, and for that reason, they have halted talks between Naples and footballers for the renovation of the contract. If Chelsea can't transfer Hysa, then he'll get a new offer from the president of Naples, Aurelio De Laurentis.
