The headship member of the Srspska List, Stefan Vulovic, has said that in the past five years as the mayor of Zubin Potok's municipality, he has managed to shut down the functioning of all institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
Voulovic made these statements in an interview for Rypolico.rs.
“Zubin Potok is a Serbian terrain, Vulovic said, who resigned a few days ago along with the other three mayors of the northern municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo.
These resignations have come after the Kosovo Republic Government's decision to impose a 100 per cent tax on products originating from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Apart from the resignations, protests have been held for several days.
And on this issue, Serbian List Chairman Goran Rakic, along with a delegation of 30 people, have stayed in Belgrade for a meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
After meeting at a media conference, Rakic had indicated that Vucic had ordered the protests to continue peacefully despite actions taken by Kosovo.
And Republika Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has said the tax decision will not be lifted until Serbia recognises the Republic of Kosovo as an independent state.
