The Special Prosecutor is tasked with investigating the case of catching 113kg of heroin in the BMW-type car, which was caught crossing the border from Kosovo to Macedonia.
Selim Qerka, Enis Qerka and Gent Selacci, were traveling with the car being driven by Labinot Zeneli and was under investigation by the Kosovo Police during the operation for the discovery of a Narcotics network.
According to the Special Prosecutor, the car will likely be the person found dead in one of the locations, where police had information containing a considerable amount of drugs, KTV reports.
Special Prosecutor Sylla Hoxha says that from information received by the subject prosecutor, investigations are under way on the track if narcotics trafficking suspects are also linked to the death of the suspect believed to have come from increased overdose injection.
However, the Court of Appeals this week has decided to free Selim Qerka, Enis Qerka and Gent Selacin from custody until Labinot Zenel was held in custody.
Hoxha says they do not comment on the Court of Appeals' decision, but is convinced that their release will not prevent investigations into building the indictment, which he currently says will not have enough evidence.
However, the courts in Kosovo have been criticised for non-compliance in making different decisions during the trial of criminal acts.
Several last few weeks' judgments have resulted in convicts for much easier acts.
In Vushtrri he has been sentenced to six months in prison on bail, Nasuf Strana charged with buying items used for criminal work.
He was accused of buying a car calculator in the five-euro sum, for which, according to the prosecutor, knew it was stolen by a minor.
Meanwhile, an indictment was filed in Lipjan against a person who bought 6 chickens and 2 chickens stolen from a third person.
And on the same day, a 1 year prison sentence has been convicted of Ramadan Muja, after being found guilty of criminal acts “the misuse of the official position” corruption.
Unjustly, the seven-year prison sentence of an 18-year-old Ashkali community youth has been estimated for the theft of 430 euros.
He was convicted after the Court said he participated in an armed robbery, the work convicted up to 12 years in prison according to the Penal Code.
