Alarming situation in Albanian football

A simple review conducted by “Panorama Sport” on the official site of the Tax Directorate, reveals Albanian Superior and First Catagore football until December 05, 2018 (day). The answer is alarming: Half of the Supernor and almost half of the First Catagoria are blocked in taxes. And it's not about do whatever teams, it's about the biggest cities in Albania.

Among Superior teams indebted to taxes are listed: Flagkeeper, Warrior, Tirana, Kastriot, and Kamza - 50 percent of the country's elite football.

In the First Catagorine, there are nine debt teams: Vlasnia, Lushnja, Turbina, Besa, Egnatia, Bylisi, Tomori, Apollonia, and Elbasan. The sum does not become known, but the longer the payments are delayed, the heavier the financial situation is.

So clubs with this situation do not function legally, but with primitive methods, conducting tax evasion.

This state of Albanian clubs comes from a debt in this institution or state institutions. This means that social insurance, health insurance, clubs are not paid, TAP and so on, damaging the state budget, but also players and trainers as well as other workers.

First, it is a shame that the oldest names, which have made the history of Albanian football, have been degraded in clubs without financial liquidity and with accounts blocked and debts to the mouth.

Second and foremost, each of the teams maneuvers in secondary ways of paying or saying Albanian, “paid to black” to survive financially. Each of them cannot pay a footballer, official or coach legally.

The club can't do any social, health or insurance payments or can't get and pay no money in the FSHF accounts, the state, or municipalities pay their subx0> quota.a”, which means, the club has only the name left.

Recently, this situation causes Albanian football not to discuss any development plan, no investment project on the future, no step of quality improvement, but only for survival, because clubs in Europe hardly go through this amount of debt.
