Diplomatic channels from Brussels have sent a letter to Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq asking him to return to dialogue and, as Serbian media quote the letter, play according to rules set by Pristina.
A scandalous request, followed by Brussels' diplomatic channels, which in return would allow Serbia to open the three negotiating chapters for EU membership, the Serbian Telgerafi quoted the letter, where he even interprets it as a ridiculous and scandalous request, Periscope writes.
