The paper has learned that August this year had 9m euros available for the purchase of textbooks. This ministry has given no explanation of what happened with these tools and why a large portion of the books have not arrived in schools, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Parents have been forced to buy some of the books children have once separated from the budget.
