According to the OPC, the works of the European Medical Permanent Committee Assembly (CPME) will be held tomorrow and the day after tomorrow in Geneva, Switzerland, where the OPC will be represented by its chairman and deputy chairman.
The OPC says it has fulfilled all the first criteria for membership in the CPME, but Oda of Serbia's doctors in co-ordination with the Government of Serbia is trying to prevent OPC membership in the CPME.
Serbia's “Oda of doctors on November 7th of this year has been addressed to senior representatives of the CPME and representatives of member states in the CPME, with the request that the OPC application be not considered at all in this phase of dialogue, so to be considered after final selection of problems between Kosovo and Serbia”, the House of Kosovo Doctors communique says.
