Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has explained in detail the process through which Kosovo citizens could move visa-free to the Schengen area.
He says they are lobbiing too much and initially focus on introducing this issue on the European Union agenda, or the Council of Ministers.
Making the decision is even harder. We will actively work with various interior ministers of many countries, with the prime ministers. It's a process and a short time but a lot of work awaits us, Haradinaj told public television.
Haradinaj in Austria has held a meeting with Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, who says to have explained the importance of visa liberalisation for Kosovars.
The decision can be made right now, it can be discussed and taken to another stage, but we've still been through another stage. So entering the agenda is not a small development and I hope it will be realised as discussed and said it will happen, the prime minister added.
