The Albanian Football Federation, the organiser of this nationwide tour, has chosen the southeastern city for the second consecutive year to hold the event.
There will be four teams: Ulcinj Otrant, Struga from Macedonia, 2 July from Pristina and Korca's Skenderbeu.
The semifinal tournament will be launched by November 27th. The matches will be played on 28th November on the annex and Skenderbeu stadium” The event starts at 11:00.
