President Ilir Meta visited the Albanian-language elementary school Sunday in the village of Dacaj in the Albanian-run Rozaje municipality of Montenegro.
He was received by the professorial staff, students and parents, being the first time a president from Albania visits an elementary school.
The head of state donated 40 photos of the greatest representatives of our National Renaissance as well as of our national hero, Gjergji Kastriot Skenderbeu.
Speaking on this occasion, he thanked the professorial staff for the work done in preserving Albanian and national identity.
But as he was asked by students what profession he liked in his childhood, he discovered he'd want to be a teacher.
My oldest dream of your age was to become a teacher. I loved this noble profession and the fact that both my parents were teachers”, Meta/Top Channel
