Complete Hoti Post:
1. The statement that Serbia will not recognise Kosovo without defining the border that separates the two states does not stand and is just a challenge to negotiate for exchange of territories. Montenegro has recognised us without demarcation of the border, based on principled principle of borders as they existed until 1989. We've known 116 countries before we've spotted the border with all our neighbors. KFOR has defended Kosovo's border with Serbia since 1999, knowing exactly where it is, edSerbia has known exactly since it has been forced to pull across the five-mile security zone from the border with Kosovo.
2. The topics thought to be involved in dialogue affect Kosovo's constitutional regulation and are not issues that are talked to neighbouring countries. Why should it talk to Serbia about Kosovo's economic development or infrastructure? The issues related to the cultural and religious heritage of Serbs in Kosovo, as well as education and health in municipalities with Serb majority, are regulated with the Ahtisaari Plan and are part of Kosovo's laws. Furthermore, Serbian political representatives have a right to self in changes that can happen in these laws.
