“Hakpi Rugova's grandson sentenced only to 1 year in prison after shooting four times and wounding the citizen

The founding court in Pec, just days ago, sentenced him to 1 year in prison, lives Mavray, grandson of Istog chairman Haki Rugova.

Mavraj lives in prison after June 11th, he was deliberately wounded by the injured person, Kastriot Blakaj, in the city of Istog.

In the trial held in Pec, the LDK deputy chairman's nephew has pleaded guilty and has apologised publicly for the gesture made, saying he feels repentant.

Mavraj had shot Kastriot Blaaj four times, wounding him with two bullets to leave the scene later.

According to psychiatric examinations, Mavraj does not stand in the best mental state, and for this punishment has been found to be milder.

The defendant J. Mavre has pleaded guilty to the initial hearing, and the same court has pronounced prison sentences of 1 (one) year, along with this sentence, the measure of compulsory psychiatric treatment with ban has been pronounced.

The same detention has been held to the full extent of the indictment”, the Peja Prosecutor's notice given to Indexline said.
