Musliu has said that the state of electricity supply is unacceptable and has appealed to stop reductions.

It's obvious that the country's institutions have been stuck long enough to deal with the big “ ” but that doesn't give us the luxury to overlook the life problems of citizens facing every day.
The KEDS's belt reductions are incompatible. KEDS should abort the reductions immediately or let the situation be declared extraordinary. Citizens are tired of this. Even in the post-war period, there has been no reductions from 8 to 16 hours a day.
