Kosovo is located in the fifth vase, while it is confirmed that the Presidents cannot play against Bosnia and Serbia, for political reasons, broadcast Periscopi.
If such confrontations are assigned during the December 2nd draw, the chosen team moves to the first group that is free, according to alphabetical order. It's all gonna be computerized.
But Kosovo can face Albania, which is located in the fourth vase.
The first match of qualifications will take place on March 22nd and 23rd of 2019, while the last of November 17 to 19th of the same year.
If Kosovo fails to secure a qualifying country through this road, it will have to win at the '{0}'ley-off) League of Nations.
Bernard Challande's semifinal team will face Macedonia, and in the event of victory, the potential opponent in the final will be Georgia or Belarus. /Periscopi/
