Enver Sekiraqa today before trial on charges of inciting the assassination of Triumf Riza

In this case, the court today is expected to continue a judicial examination.

This case has begun recently after the Court of Appeals has retriald the case in which Enver Sekiraqa is accused of inciting the assassination of Special Police Unit member Triumf Riza.

The prosecution's indictment is represented by special prosecutor Haki Gecaj, while the case is being tried by the court consisting of judges, Shashivar Hoti, Becir Kludra and Shadije Grguri.

During past hearings, in relaunching the trial, Sekiraqa had declared that it would remain silent in the questions of the prosecutor and the court

Sekiraqa had been sentenced in 2016 to 37 years in prison in connection with the instigation of the murder of police officer Triumf Riza, but the Court of Appeals found her backed up with the defense complaint and retrial the case.
