Things can be annoying when there's a traffic jam. In cities such as Jakarta, there are many people who spend most of their day on the street than inside a building. But do you know that it can produce a bad effect?
Long - term driving can reduce your intelligence and weaken your brain power. This is based on a study by a group of researchers from the University of Leicester.
The study has been conducted for 5 years among 500,000 people aged 37-73. The result shows that people who travel for 2-3 hours a day tend to have lower brain power than those who rarely or do not even drive.
This is because when we're driving, our brain doesn't function actively. If our moving frequency increases, then our brain's power will decrease.
