Daut Haradinaj calls the ombudsman: Go visit Sylejman Selimi prison

AAK MP Daut Haradinaj has publicly appealed to the ombudsman to go and see the state of former KLA General Sylejman Selimi in prison.

A few days ago, with some colleagues, we wanted to initiate a parliamentary debate on my friend Sylejman Selimi's findings or assumptions about whether the rights of this person are being violated. In the ongoing consultation, it was found that it could be considered intervention in justice”, Haradinaj said.

According to the MP and to eliminate this assumption, the ombudsman must intervene here.

I went to see if there are and whether there are violations, since the ombudsman at the end of the day has this job because he is appointed by the Kosovo Assembly”, he said.
