The court withdraws Professor Madi Bektash's plagiarature report from circulation, ORCA reacts

ORCA is disappointed with the decision by Judge Adnan Konushevci, who has ordered the Admovere organisation and Shkelzen Gashi chairman of the organisation, to withdraw the part of the report on the plagiarisation of Maydi Bektash, professor at the Juridic Faculty, and has ordered them not to talk any more publicly about the case until another court ruling.

It is meaningless that the court order an organisation to temporarily withdraw from circulation an article whose source is not subject to any measures of retributive”, says a communique from this organisation.
