Who convinced Valon Berisha to choose Kosovo

Former Kosovo coach Albert Bunnjak has convinced him to join the Kosovo team.

The 25-year-old today plays Lazio in Italy and is one of Kosovo's leading football players.

In his last match against Azerbaijan, he has carried the captain's tape.

“Valon Berisha has been pursuing for five years to come to Kosovo. The strategy and processes have had to be explained because Kosovo has not been accepted. As long as these players come and show that they could lose their career. The players have also been penalised. I remember one occasion when Enice Alushi and Albert Bulnjak played in the Kaizerslauter, they were sentenced by the club after coming to Kosovo after we were not admitted”, Albert Bunnjak told T7.
