MPs from the Kosovo Assembly today have adopted the draft law on expanded competencies in the Property Confiscating, the European Reforms Agreement Pack and a number of other laws dealing with reform in justice.
Voting was immediately welcomed by EU Office in Kosovo chief Nataliya Apostolova
“Today the Assembly showed responsibility, great devotion and devotion to reforms in justice in Kosovo. Congratulations on adopting the Criminal Code, the Law on Confiscating and all other key laws on fighting corruption and organised crime. The National Consensus is crucial at this moment”, written Apostolova on Twitter.
