After the failure to stop the president talking about the borders, through a resolution proposed by the LDK, efforts are continuing to reach another resolution.
It is the alternative, which has warned a resolution regarding dialogue, that would include some of the points proposed by the post.
Following the failure of the LDK-proposed resolution, the Alternative is trying to issue another resolution, connecting with dialogue.
Mimoza Kusari-Lila of this political subject says about RTV Dukagjin that in the alternative plan for the resolution, three of the six points proposed by the PDK are included.
Our joint proposal by the LDK, Vetevendosje and Alternative did not pass... we propose that a new resolution with the same text take the three points proposed by the position, points that will not have any real change in the delegation format, or the separate commission, but would underline the role of the Parliament and the involvement of decisions the Parliament would receive for dialogue with 2/3 of the <x1 vote, she said.
At the three points proposed by the PDK, the Assembly reportedly supports an agreement that would ensure mutual recognition, requires the establishment of a commission that would closely monitor the dialogue process, as well as produce a common platform, which would contain the fundamental principles and state positions of the Republic of Kosovo for all issues related to this process.
Kusari Lila, says that for Thaci not to talk about borders, a political consensus is needed as soon as possible.
“We know that in November, President Thaci is in Paris, and no one is yet clear what Serbia's representatives and no other international representatives will discuss anymore. Therefore, it is very important that before this date Kosovo's Assembly has a resolution that stops any further discussion of changing Kosovo's” borders, Mimoza Kusari-Lila said.
The LDK has not yet made a decision on its future actions, while Vetevendosje has also cited the possibility of protests.
