Aktakuza for even deputy minister in Haradinaj government for misuse of official duty

The Randa Crime Department has filed charges against defendants Bujar Nerjowa, former director of the Municipal Directorate of Inspectorate in Prizren, currently deputy in Haradinaj government, because it has carried out the criminal work “Keq misuse of official office or authority”.

According to the indictment, defendant B.N. as an official person using official duty or official authority, he has not fulfilled his official duty, with the goal of benefiting the other person or causing harm to the other person, so that in the quality of the former Communist Directorate of Inspectorate in Prizren, he has not provided the conditions for executing the conclusions issued by construction inspectors, for the forced collapse of overbuilding and construction of 4 hotel facilities near the “Shatwan” in Prizren, built without permission or contrary to the given permits, all of these built in the First Historical Centre area in Prizren, with regard to which the Prizren Historical Centre's cultural and architectural heritage has been damaged, as well as because of its failure to pay obligations, has been damaged by Prizren's budget for 36,14300 Euro.

The defendant, in place, committed criminal work “Use of official position or authority” by Article 422 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
