Kosovo Deputy Speaker Xhavit Haliti has currently deemed the Presevo Valley joining Kosovo impossible. In RTK's IMAZH, he has said impossible is the joining of several northern Kosovo municipalities with Serbia, as Kosovo has a constitution in which MPs have sworn [...]
Haliti has said that the statements of the heads of state at television studios are balloons that have loud voices, but actions are nothing.
The deputy head of the Parliament said it is fair and willing to join Presevo Valley with Kosovo, but in his view it does not seem possible. “The president is not the one who sells Kosovo, his desire may be good, but the possibilities are other”, Haliti said. The resolution on the Presevo Valley calls for the Parliament to adopt a resolution that the Valley joins Kosovo, Haliti said that even if approved there would be no effect. “It is illegal to vote on something that is currently unalable”, Haliti stressed. The debate and requirements for resolution approval for the talks, Haliti has called the debate to create the moment for early parliamentary elections, but he stressed that it opposes that requirement because the country gains nothing.
Haliti: Reports with the prime minister are fun
The deputy chairman of the Parliament has also spoken of the debate he had with the prime minister on the day when the Parliament votes in principle the drafts for the military. “There was no collision, I have implemented my mandate and the prime minister has understood this right, there is no breach of reports with Prime Minister”, Haliti said. He said Haradinaj has pleased reports and no one can spoil their reports.
