So it was said during the presentation of the publication “Review of war crimes trials in Kosovo in the period 1999-2018x1> carried out by the Fund for Humanitarian Law, at the Documentation Centre in Pristina.
Parts of this publication are subjects dealing with a number of indictees, who after the establishment of the indictment against them, have escaped from detention in Mitrovica or Mitrovica hospital during 2000 and 2001.
Anka Kurteshi Hajdari said that this mirror will serve not only as directions but also be a reliable and useful source of information on these judgments. She added that failure to co-operate between Kosovo and Serbia has been one of the causes that have slowed these processes. Similarly, the lack of witnesses has affected the failure to condemn Serbs.
Meanwhile, Amer Alija has introduced statistical data from this publication.
This mirror provides evidence of 48 subjects.
They are presented based on official appointments, under which criminal procedures have been conducted on the basis of charges filed for war crimes in Kosovo since 1999-2018.
