Thaci made these comments through Twitter during his stay in Minsk in Belarus under the Munich Security Conference where he met with Ambassador Ischinger.
It's a pleasure to discuss with Ischinger Ambassador currently in Belarus at the Munich Security Conference in Minsk. We both agree that a binding agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is necessary, one that closes conflict chapters in the Balkans and enables Kosovo membership in the United Nations Organisation, Nato and the European Union” has written Thaci.
