The shit was expelled from Chelsea in 2004, after it proved positive in narcotics consumption, Periscope broadcasts.
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) rejected the Mut's request against the CAS ruling on Tuesday.
The ECHR was argued that it had nothing to do with any kind of conviction handed down by the CAS.
A Chelsea spokesperson has confirmed they have started legal ways for paying damages, saying: We are exercising all legal means to regain the amounts he owes us, and we will continue to do this”.
Bluta is expected to benefit 17m euros from the troubled attacker.
