Kosovo Police spokesman Daut Hoxha has confirmed the case for Periscope, saying all further actions concerning the case will be taken in consultation and co-ordination with the competent Prosecution.
We can confirm that, today in Pristina, following operational actions of relevant police units, a woman allegedly involved in a criminal case that took place long ago outside Kosovo has been arrested. All further actions concerning the case will be undertaken in consultation and co-ordination with the competent Prosecutor, Hoxha told Periscope.
The case yesterday was confirmed by the press office from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
From this office, Kosovo police authorities said they are in co-ordination with the French police and the case is under investigation.
The body of Artan Sekiras, 33, has been found on Saturday afternoon in a room in the third floor apartment on Grande Rue 39 A Street in Dole, in the region of Juras in France.
As the portal estrepublicain writes, he was allegedly killed with an axe that was found near his body.
Besanchon prosecutor Etienne Manteau, has indicated that the deceased had almost been beheaded.

A woman and two 10 - year - olds had lived with the deceased.
