Police stand up for the son of former chief Shpend Maxhun, read their ridiculous reasoning

In clarification of the Kosovo Police (PK), police are said to be the law enforcement institution and in all cases act in the form of legal authorisations it has, including consultation and co-ordination with justice organs, as has been done in the concrete case of the 12,10.2018 named “ownership, control, unauthorized possession of weapons (munition)<62>.
“Sic was posted by 12,10.2018, the police unit during routine patrols in the village of Zlatar, had banned the Golf IV car with local license plates, where during the search of three persons in the car, including the atrophy in the media (S. M, a pistol of “Zastawa” was found, with a clip and four rounds of calibre 6. 35 mm”, says the police clarification.
“During the continuation of vehicle control, a knife has been found in a part of the car, as well as a wrapped cigarette that was suspected of being a narcotic substance, a mill of controversial grinding, which is being investigated”.
Police further say the alleged “ ( A. K. ) person who has been in the car has claimed that the wrapped cigarette found inside the car, as well as the mill of the dispute grinder belong to him”.
“As a result of continuing the investigation, police units have also been interviewed by the fourth suspect ( R. M ), who has declared that the weapon is his own and that the same one has forgotten it in the atrophated car and that it does not belong to the suspects (S. M)”
“Linked to all police actions has been announced to the competent prosecutor, at whose recommendation the case has been processed in regular procedure”.
“And we reiterate that the KK is the law enforcement institution and remains committed to the realisation of its legal tasks and responsibilities, including its professional commitments even in the concrete case, for which it has raised penal defamatory”, it is said in clarification.
