The accused Peter Ndecaj of double murder, his wife and daughter in Brecoc, Gjakova, is expected today to appear before the Court.
Rudaj's defence at the previous session demanded from the court that it allow a week to negotiate guilty pleas with the prosecution.
At today's session it is expected to understand whether or not the plea agreement has been reached.
The last session has been postponed and Ndecaj has not been declared about his guilt or innocence for acts being charged by prosecutor Agron Matjan.
The delay of last session was made at the request of attorney Fehmije Zhubi's defense.
Lawyer Zhubi had asked the court to postpone the hearing, with the goal of being given the opportunity for an agreement on admitting guilt.
Today, however, before Judge Guzim Pozheg is expected to present the agreement reached on admitting guilt or continuing with fair judgment.
Peter Ndekaj is charged with criminal offence “grave murder”, since he allegedly deprived his wife and daughter of life.
