Abdixhiku has said that there are ambitious persons within the party, but denies there is partition.
There are no factions within LDK. Ambitions are legitimate for someone who does politics. I believe there are people with ambitions within the LDK. The LDK's government will be determined by the winning team and the inner party calm. The LDK's goal is to find unity within the party, if we find this, the part of the race in the elections would be a very easy phase”, Abdixhiku said at Klen Kosovo's quena Bê.

“Even if there are dyvergence and differences of actions within the party, they are normal for a democratic party. The new generation that came to LDK has not come to defeat the old generation. The idea of bringing the new generation has been to clean up the party. It's an extra tool to get consent. Internal debates are a sign of political maturity”.
