According to the indictment, Kelmendi, with the intention of misappropriating foreign items to be brought to himself illegal property benefits from unproved dates until June 30th 2011, the company “Elkos”, in Fushe-Kosovo, which is his property, has caused damage KEK's worth 22.801.19 euros.
That, according to the Prosecution, during a raid on the “Elkos” company by KEK workers, has noted that Kelmendi, with the intention of stealing, used electricity unauthorizedly.
The indictment further explains that up to this conclusion by KEK workers has come after two transformatators of the electricity that have been out of the measure were found, while a transferr was cut off from the connection, Kaloxo.com reports.
As a result, the prosecution claims that through these actions two thirds (2/3) of electricity had not been registered, with cases even accusing Kelmendi of criminal theft.
Kelmendi was found innocent of the charge brought upon him.
