Lekaj doesn't believe he'll spoil the comfort as minister: The opposition sleep quietly until we do.

The government led by Ramush Haradinaj will rule with the country by the end of the four-year term. Although, the party leading Haradinaj, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AKK), is willing to enter early elections this year.

Pal Lekaj, deputy chairman of this party, has told EO that the opposition has no numbers to bring down this Government, but that they are ready every time to enter new elections.

Although he has expressed distrust of holding early elections, as he has delivered a message to the opposition to sleep quietly because the government will carry out the four-year mandate.

And if the opposition has numbers, we as the Alliance are ready. But I have a message for the opposition to sleep quietly, this Government will carry out its constitutional mandate four years and I think it's good that they get activated. The opposition has this role, and the opposition in democracy is the positive spirit of oversight of the Government of Kosovo. But believe me they have it in vain because this government will carry out its four-year mandate”, Lekaj said.
