Kosovo's Security Force, the KSF's short-listed team led by Lieutenant Behar Fazliu, officer at the Second Fast Response Battalion, succeeded in winning the bronze medal in the international patrol event in Wales, this tough race and with fierce competition of 137 teams, out of them 37 teams of international armies.
All participating teams in the race began the realization of the training scenario from October 12th, facing the great weather difficulties that the storm caused, as well as in the area of the patrol race.
According to an MSF communiqué, in this race, the KSF team went through a 50-mile-long sailing challenge through a series of scenarios designed to test leadership, team work and physical and mental patience of the team.
In addition to the Republic of Kosovo, the international patrol event in the United Kingdom also took part in the Armed Forces teams of countries of the region, such as those from Albania, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
