The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica has filed an indictment against defendants Sabit Lushtaku for criminal acts “Pegim of the official person in performing official duties, as well as “The easy launch.
“Procuroria reports that the defendant S.L., with the date of 31.08.2018, at the Constitutional Prosecutor's Building in Mitrovica, in the Randa Crime Department has prevented the official person from performing official duty in the way that, in the case of giving the statement as a witness, has interrupted the motion of making a statement and then physically assaulted M.H.'s lawyer, who was present at the State Prosecutor's Office.
