The first 24 hours to 48 hours

Reduce pain and swelling with the R.I.C. method. E (Rest=rest, ice=al, compresson = Compresion, Elevation, etc.) Wrap up the flexible bandage around the injured site, so hard it would compress without slowing the bloodstream. Then raise the injured position above body height and rest by adding ice to every 250 hours from 15-20 minutes until they are awake.

Antiflammation cells, which also contain ibuprofen, can help at this stage, but don't use them longer than four days because they can disturb muscle healing.

After 3 to 4 days

In order to prevent the shock and weakening of the injured area, start by movement and solution. You may feel tender pain, but it does not make you feel hurt.

Once or twice a day, the slight movement of the injured area in a series of 10ʹ20 repetitions gradually increases the volume of movements in each following series. Also, easily extend the injured area. Try 5'10 times with 10/30 seconds. Feelings are not pleasant but will help.

After 2 to 3 weeks

Add weight load, repeat and equal series 25-50% of the charges applied before injury. In each third training, add 10 percent to your load. Stop adding to your load if you feel pain and do not move to the next level until the pain is over.

If at this stage of your recovery you still investigate shock or swelling, if your pain disturbs your daily activities, or if you feel uncomfortable in your part of the injury, go to your doctor or physical doctor before you continue with any activity.
