However, they demand that the state consider at least helping with an ambulance because they cannot be visited by doctors.

Taibe Vitita, 76, now has three weeks of breathing problems. In the absence of family care, they have been caring for the elderly in Pristina for 11 years. But in the absence of an ambulance, she cannot afford to do the right medical check, and her medication must buy herself.

We're in trouble getting a car to go to hospitals, we don't have a car, I'm on medical leave, I can't go into control, that car does, that car has, but I have to buy them, I don't have what to buy, I have a problem with the spirit, but I can't, but I can't. When there's drugs here, we have to pay for it ourselves, said Taibe Vitita, a resident of the old house.

The head of this house is also called for ambulances.

“We need an ambulance for customers to be more suitable for their transport, when we need to transport them to the CKUK and to family medicine centres”, said director Raza Alikaj.

In the face of complaints from this category, the Labour and Social Management Ministry has chosen silence. However, the 63 residents of this house are living here, busy, and some watch TV, and others take the park for a walk.

One of them is Razie Fana, who settled in this house two months ago. Amid tears, it shows how difficult it is for him to spend his days after his relatives died.

I don't have it, I'm dead, my mom's dead, my sister and a brother back, I'm without anybody. I was married, but I wasn't happy with God's children. I don't have anybody.

Anni why she is generally satisfied with caring for the elderly, Shaneze Salihu prays that no one will have their fate.

At the seniors' home in Pristina, 63 people are accommodated. Of them 37 women and 26 men.

Services at the home of the elderly are 24-hours, while its capacity is up to 100 people. There are 55 people in this house, including social, health, and kitchen service.
