At 8: 00 a.m., operation began for the transfer of 13 “animals Safari Park”, in Fier, into the Tirana Zoo.

But only six hours later did the entrance of the Forest Police Inspectorate become possible, with the help of the “4 Foundation. The paws” and the cooperation of the Fier County Police inside the zoo after its owner locked the door.

There has been no court ruling on taking animals, says subject lawyer “Safari Park” in Fier, Elvis Suleiman.

“All tasks have been fulfilled according to the record of October 17th. Environmental inspectors deliberately come on Sunday to take the animals by force and in violation of the law, as the deadline for handing over the documentation ends on Monday, at 16.00x1>, the lawyer says.

But, State Police Forces, along with inspectors, entered the zoo by force, thus executing the decision to shift animals to Tirana because “Safari Park” does not meet the living conditions of animals.

The animals are now saved and will live in “their temporary home” in Tirana.
