According to a criminal statement provided by Inseder, Osman Havolly, in the quality of the president of the Oda of Kosovo Lawyers, by July 4th and 6th, has realised an official trip that he spent 4.155 euros without obtaining permission from the OAK Steering Council, contrary to the regulation for managing OAK finances.
According to Hasani, the issue has not been discussed at any OAK Steering Council meeting to get consent on the expenses of this trip.
