The most affected areas of the Arctic cold will be the alpets, the Balkan region, the Adriatic, southern Italy and the coasts of Tirren.
In the meantime, Scandinavian countries will move air masses from the Arctic to the south of Europe.
The freezing weather will run through Eastern Europe from Wednesday and reach the Northern Mediterranean and the Balkan Peninsula on Thursday to spend Saturday in the Middle East region.
