The board of directors of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency has been officially announced by Petrit Gashi with the resignation he has handed over yesterday to the Kosovo Assembly, the institution that, under the AKP Law, chooses all members of the Board of Directors.
Mr. “The Board of Directors expresses regret over Mr. Gashi's resignation and emphasises that following the resignation of the board's chairman, the deputy chairman of the Board of Directors, Bajram Zamenu, under the AKP Law and the underground acts regulating the work and activity of the Board of Directors”, it is said in a communique by the AKP.
The board has a total of eight members, meanwhile with seven members with legal mandates, the Board is fully functional to hold meetings and make decisions.
