The Speaker of the Parliament, Kadri Veselin, in speech given at the Memorial Academy for the victims of the Recak massacre, has said there cannot be international justice, without justice for Recak.
In this speech Wessel has even conveyed a very threatening message to Serbia, saying that if he tries again to return to Kosovo, then “will not stop until Nis”.
Recak's battle of justice has not ended. Serbia will not try to return because we will no longer stop until Nis. This country will remain free independent and sovereign. Each breach will receive the deserved answer to all Albanians wherever they live”, Wessel has declared.
Wessel's territorial ambitions are strange at this time, when it is known that Kosovo has no comprehensive control over its territory. Nor does the municipality from which Wessel himself, Mitrovica.
It is the north of Mitrovica, which since the post-war is a peaceful territory for Kosovo institutions. Albanian citizens, expelled as a result of interethnic conflicts, have never been able to return their property. As a result, many have been forced to sell their lands, their homes, and their dwellings without having the opportunity to return and live there.
For more, for years Mitrovica has become nests of criminal groups, smuggling various goods from Serbia to Kosovo or vice versa.
Kosovo institutions have often been accused of compromising with illegal structures there, legalising them as the institutional structure of Kosovo, but they are more often accountable to Belgrade than to Pristina. /Periscopi/
