Vote unregistered associations in court? Here's the FSHF's official reaction.

The election campaign for president of the FSHF appears to reveal different background and irregularities in Albanian football.

One is the issue of 12 associations, which have participated as voters in the previous Electoral Assembly with their respective representatives, but are allegedly non-recognised subjects. That's because you can't find the headquarters, the organizational structure, the operating structure, the court record, as the law wants. Some of these associations' representatives are employed in the FSHF, so they have open-ended conflicts of interest as they vote. Representatives themselves have rightly appeared in the Electoral Assembly to the media on the question of registering associations they represent in court, saying this is federation business. What does the latter say about this matter? The following is her official position:

The Albanian Football Federation has 66 members, who under the statute can be football clubs, or subjects, representing certain groups of professions, or specific geographical regions. This current number of members has been placed with the statuteary changes adopted by the FSF General Assembly, at the meetings of the 2604.2011, 28,02,2013, 28,02,2014 and 19,03,2015. Through these unanimous locations, the General Assembly, as the highest authority of FSHF, in accordance with the license plates Article gives him 23/m. Stitut's has defined the full list of Federation members, which has not been contested either through statuteic means or through judicial complaints.

Formation of membership has been discussed more specifically at the assembly of 28,02,2013, where a photograph of the situation at the time was taken, unanimously acknowledging the involvement of 66 assembly participants. From the view of the Albanian Football Federation's internal organisation, the deployment of the General Assembly represents the legitimacy of all members in the current formation. This will has been legalised, even through court decisions that have been recorded in the OJF register, assembly locations.

It turns out that the will of the founding members of these associations has been expressed before the public swimmer long before this was an object of conflict, existing since 2011, statutes, acts of establishment and documentation of deposit near the tribunal's respective registry. The court ruling has more public or declaration effect and will never affect the management of FSHF activity. Finally, it is noteworthy that these entities are not “fantase”, as is common in some media, but have been active for over 20 years and actually represent most of the football played, which is amateur.

They organise circuit-level activities and even have representative teams that run into one another, where there are 18 regional representative teams with 360 players and 48 matches in the season. These associations have a busy activity in the selection of new players, where 2264 new players have been selected in November-December 2017 alone. Currently, there are 605 regional teams with 13,310 players, who hold about 4840 matches in the season. Regional associations lead honourable Albanian football figures whose integrity cannot be questioned for immediate interests.
