The ministry of education now and four years allocates only 10,000 euros to students who have average scores of over 9.0, KTV reports.
Within a year, more than 300 students manage to be the winners of the stock exchange, which would allow them to receive only 33.3 euros in scholarships per student.
They consider this amount offensive, saying that this bypass is being damaged.
Student organisations also say that students of this university are discriminated against.
University Rector says annual budget growth demand has run into deaf ears.
