Break
Start with your hands and feet on the ground.
During breathing: Lift your knees, press your loins, and lift your legs and arms (forming letter V).
Respiratory: Lift your right foot higher.

From knee to nose
Respiratory: With arched back, enter the belly inside and pull the left knee near your nose
During breathing: Push your foot back like the previous move.

Knee in the right shoulder
In your breath: With your arched back, bend your right knee and open your side. Bring the right stone to the right shoulder.
During breathing: Step back, like the first move.

Knee on the left shoulder
Respiratory: Draw near the right knee bent against the body to the left shoulder.
During breathing: Step back, like the first move.

One - Foot Plank
Respiratory: Keep your shoulders in the same direction with your hands, lift your right foot, hold on.
During breathing: keep your right foot down. Repeat with left foot.
