If you are ready to sneeze, even if you are in a quiet place, doctors recommend that you remove the sneeze. A 34-year-old from Britain, whose name does not become known, learned this lesson in a difficult way, after having to spend two weeks in the hospital as a result of maintaining the sneezing, writes “welcome”.

The young man shut his nose and mouth so that he could hold his sneeze. Initially, he had an explosive feeling in his neck, yet he did not notice any problems at the moment. Within a few hours, however, she felt pain in her throat and neck. After the neck began to swell and sound, he decided to go to the hospital.

The 34-year-old tried to keep the sneeze from thinking it was unhygienic to sneeze in a closed environment or in front of someone else. At first, doctors observed a swelling on the boy's neck, but after checking the soft tissue, they heard the crackling.

The problem was then confirmed through echo and analysis, which showed that trying to hold the sneezing, 34-year-old ended up with a small hole in his neck. Fortunately, it was so small that there was no need for surgery, yet such action is dangerous.

When sneezing, it is the body's protective reflections that require an inflammatory (virus or bacterium) left on its nose, writes the Health newspaper. With the sneezing comes great pressure from the lungs, which comes out with a strong force to get even the intruders left in it.

The sneeze drives mucosa spray at a speed of 100 miles per hour. If you keep the sneeze, this air pressure has to go somewhere. In the case of 34-year-old, throat tissue was damaged. While there have been other cases when people have ended up having problems with sinus, middle or inner ear damage, ear infections, or ear drums.
