Sleep Debt Linked to Anxiety and Depression

This is because sleepless ones are less capable of keeping away from negative thoughts and of staying away from negative emotions than those who are content with sleep, it transmits telegrams.
Published on Journal of Behaviour Therapy and Imperial Psychiatry, the study analyses 52 adults who have been diagnosed with constant negative thoughts which causes frustration, anxiety, and stress.
After extensive experiments and tests, the results had shown that lack of sleep means less than eight hours at night causes people to spend more time focusing on negatives.
Researchers are now conducting more detailed studies to see how sleep contributes to psychological disorders, hoping that anxiety and depression may be treated in the future by getting better sleep.
