KeyWHow to stop the consumption of unhealthy foods, which contain a lot of sugar, as it seems to be very simple, is enough to get a little more sleep.
According to a recent study by King's College in London, people who have slept enough over a month have significantly been cut down on sugar in their system, compared with those who had slept less.
According to this study, people who for three consecutive days slept only 20 minutes longer have been denied a desire to consume sugar - containing foods, and their supply of sugar has been reduced.
Previous studies have shown that sleep deprivation can cause people to eat 385 more calories during the day. That is why less sleeping people are able to gain more weight.
The fact that sleep extensions led to lowering free sugars, with which we imply sugars added to food from producers or at home, as well as sugars in honey, syrup and juice, suggests that a simple change in life - style can help people to be healthier (4)x1>, says Dr Wendy Hall. /Periscopi/
