Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has filed charges with the Constitutional Court of Mitrovica, against defendants B.Q from Mitrovica because of criminal activity “reunification or participation in the army or foreign police”, in foreign paramilitary or pre-police formations, in group organisation or individually outside Kosovo territory.
According to the indictment, defendant B.Q. consistently in 2017 through the social network “phacebook” through posting audio-visual shoots and photos has made propaganda about the terrorist organisation “ISIS”, openly supporting their terrorist actions such as the latest terrorist attacks around the world, calling on all Muslims to join “Holy War” for X HIHAD, which during November 2017 on its social network account “facebook” has distributed threatening photos, the prosecution announced through a media communiqué. /Periscopi/
