Meanwhile, the security authorities in the country seem unaware of the activities that are under way in the Copenhagen mountains.
The training of Serbian paramilitary units are acting as if under the official administration of the Serbian state.
Their presence on that field has confirmed KFOR itself, which for Indexline has said, what their activity is under the responsibility of local security authorities to monitor and make sure the country's security is not endangered.
The sport club Air Soft Club Vukoví, whose owner is Momcilo Arlov, a Serbian citizen who was formerly part of the Serbian Army during the recent war in Kosovo.
During the year after Arlov, he organized a series of military exercises under the claim that the weapons used there were only toys.
“As far as the situation is concerned in the Leposaviqi area, we know that the club you mentioned is the sports club which regularly organizes and conducts many airsoft sports events. In 2016 they organized a major event of air sports called “Operation Fenix” around the mountains of Leposavici. For Mr. Momcilo Arlov, who is part of the Club as president, regardless of his past experience, should think that over the last few years airsoft's sports activity has become a common hobby worldwide and it is not so unusual that both activities by former military and active military personnel are trained together” are said to be further in KFOR's response, given to the Index.
As long as those clubs stay within the limits of sports and do not perform real gun activities, there are no major security concerns. However, institutions in Kosovo are able to face any security threat, and KFOR is willing to support them whenever necessary”, KFOR's response concludes.
Air software club Vukovı, headquartered in Zveqan, was founded in 2015, which is licensed by the Ministry of Public Administration of Kosovo itself, to hold exercises in the mountains of the Copicevo.
However, Kosovo police have not been informed about the activities of this club during the first six months of the year, have strengthened suspicions based that this club is conducting military exercises in preparation for an armed guerrilla conflict in the northern part of Kosovo.
In the composition of this club are former members of the Serbian Army's paramilitary unit trained by Captain Arkan and Captain Dragan.
“E It is true that I have met and photographed with Captain Dragan sometimes, and since that I have accepted the red beta hat, which I have proudly held in all wars including the one in Kosovo”, was the answer by Momcilo Arlov himself, given to the Street Show.
Various calibre weapons, as well as Serbian Army uniforms, have not been part of the moment it was licensed to call it a sports club, “Air Soft Club Vukovi”.
The question of whether they are aware of what has allowed to happen within Kosovo's borders, as well as the Ministry of Public Administration, remains to be seen in the future, what the role of these Serb paramilitary units will be.
